Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all powders, liquids, and tools are tightly sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label provided by our system and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
